Chevron and Texaco online payment poorly designed website

Chevron-Texaco complaint
Chevron & Texaco online account poorly designed. If you want to use more than one bank account to make a payment, you have to re-register each time you want to make a change.

Other companies offer a drop-down menu to select more than one payment option ... why can't Chevron & Texaco design a better system? It certainly isn't for lack of funds!!! They charge more per gallon than most other gas companies. You would think they would treat their customers better than they do. We feel they absolutely have no concept of true customer service... they just grab the sales and run!

Don't fprget that when they updated their service to make it "SAFER" for the customers, they also made it more of a pain, it can take up to 10 minutes to log in.
